Welcome!
I am Mária Vörös, a lawyer and mediator. I graduated from the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the Pázmány Péter Catholic University in 2005, and I have been working in the legal profession for nearly 20 years, primarily in the corporate sector. During my professional career, I have worked as a legal advisor for small and medium-sized companies, both in the private and public sectors.
I have extensive legal knowledge and practical experience, thanks to which I can effectively represent the interests of my clients. Within and outside the field of civil law and corporate law, I have many years of experience in the fields of copyright, labor law, international trade matters, and insolvency proceedings. I can also count on several references from satisfied clients in the fields of corporate transformation as a special area and the handling of alien/immigration matters. I have also effectively represented my clients in administrative and tax authority proceedings.
I also act as a mediator, helping parties resolve their disputes peacefully. During mediation, I play a neutral and impartial role, supporting the parties in open and constructive communication and reaching a mutually acceptable agreement.
I believe that effective problem solving is key to client success and satisfaction. Therefore, I provide my clients with personalized, proactive legal advice and representation, taking into account their individual needs and business goals.

Specialties

I offer my clients advice on company formation, the preparation, management and interpretation of contracts supporting the economic activities of companies, and the settlement of legal disputes. I also undertake the transformation of business entities and copyright matters.
Insolvency proceedings
I can assist my clients in pre-insolvency proceedings, such as special restructuring proceedings or bankruptcy proceedings. I help my clients effectively manage and enforce their claims and receivables using legal means, including the management of payment order proceedings or liquidation proceedings.
Labor law
If you are facing labor law problems as an employer or employee, as a labor law expert, I will help you understand the legislation, clarify your rights and obligations, and resolve labor law disputes.
Mediation
Economic mediation is an alternative dispute resolution process in which a neutral third party, the mediator, helps the parties to find a solution to their economic disputes themselves. Mediation is a voluntary, confidential and structured process aimed at reaching a mutually acceptable agreement.
